India. Both develop a car costing USD 5,000 or
approximately 50 million in India. Cheap car market in
India is promising. This segment is expected to be entry level or
target consumers who want to switch from using motorcycles to cars. Previously
local manufacturers Tata Motors has introduced
the world's cheapest car Nano.
Cars worth USD2.500
is planned to be marketed beginning later this year.
