2011 Toyota RAV4 Review

One of the biggest Japanese car manufacturer, Toyota, in 2011, has launched its latest type of luxury SUV, Toyota RAV4. The RAV4 had its first debut in 1995 and It was one of the very first best-selling SUVs in the U.S. Over the last fifteen years, Toyota’s RAV4 has chiseled a well-deserved reputation as an affordable and reliable midsize SUV that’s proved especially popular with young adults and families. The name of RAV4 stands for Recreational Active Vehicle with 4 Wheel-Drive. The Toyota RAV4 is a seven-seated SUV and cargo capacity comparable to mid-size SUVs in a compact package.

The RAV4 also features a cruise control and a standard AM/FM/CD six-speaker audio with MP3/WMA (DVD navigation and a JBL six-disc CD changer with nine speakers is optional) and a mini-plug jack.

The front fender’s headlights are compact and focused. The Toyota RAV4 implies the combination of space-efficient packaging. In the rear, flanked by illuminating, high-visibility Light Emitting Diodes (LED) lamp clusters, the side hung back door is deeply indented into the rear bumper, providing a practical, flat and level access step to the interior loadspace. The back door features an integral roof spoiler which houses the high-mounted, LED stop light.
